After years driving for FedEx Express and Amazon Flex in the Twin Cities, one thing was clear — drivers aren't lazy, they're lost. No property looks the same, no instructions are the same, and there's never enough time. So we built the system we always wished existed.
After trying Amazon Flex firsthand, the picture got even clearer. Many drivers are new to the country, navigating unfamiliar areas with a language barrier on top of it. Written instructions don't cut it. Visual guidance does.
